Skrillex - His Twenty Sixteen

Skrillex has started 2017 off and running! He just treated us with a song collaboration with his original band, From First To Last, the first such collaboration in 10 years! Check the song, "Make War," which actually features Skrillex's vocals, below.
On top of this, if you were wondering what exactly the man, the myth, the legend, SKRILLEX, did over this past year, look no further...
- Film-makers Jas Davis and James Winterhalter (who is actually a Dartmouth graduate and Amherst, MA resident), clipped together footage from a variety of sources including Skrillex Snapchats, Facebook videos, tour clips, and other miscellaneous filmography to recap Skrillex's 2016 in 11 and 1/2 minutes. The video is nothing short of amazing, and quite frankly some parts gave me the goose bumps. Skrillex is my biggest inspiration and is probably the main reason why I'm even writing an EDM blog in the first place. FUN FACT: we both just celebrated birthdays (he was born the day after 2 years before me on January 15th...in case you were wondering). I can't wait to meet Sonny "Skrillex" Moore some day!
